| All orders are prepaid or COD cash only (unless prior arrangements have been made). We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Dealer accounts are available upon approval. |
| Warranty |
| The services we offer are to the best of our ability. There is no stated or implied warranty due to the usual stress placed on performance parts. Our obligation is limited to the repair of parts modified by BC Gerolamy which may prove defective under normal use and service within 60 days from date of sale and which our examination determines to our satisfaction to be defective. All parts sold by BC Gerolamy are guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturers' own terms of warranty. This warranty shall not apply to components or any other parts not supplied by BC Gerolamy. This warranty shall not apply to parts/components which have been subject to accident, negligence, incompetence, alteration, abuse or misuse. BC Gerolamy modifies parts in such a manner that proper care with installation is required. BC Gerolamy does not build engines. We build the very best product we can with the information we receive, but it is the responsibility of the engine assembler to perform a final check of valve to valve, valve to piston and piston to head clearances. There is no implied or expressed warranty if parts/components are damaged before, during or after the engine assembly process. Price is subject to change as per the condition of your parts. |

| Shipping |
| We ship by United Parcel Service Ground Service unless specified differently. Shipping charges are added to the invoice total. Parts shipped to us for machine work must be accompanied by a packing list of parts and a work order detailing repairs and or modifications to be done. Also required is a phone number and return address. All freight claims are to be made with the freight carrier. |
| Backorders |
| We do not cancel backorders unless requested to do so. |
| Returns |
| We will not accept returns without prior authorization. All items returned will be inspected upon receipt. No returns will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice. Returns due to shipping errors will be replaced immediately. Parts returned for any other reason will be subject to a 20% or $5.00 restocking fee. Absolutely no returns on custom manufactured/modified parts. Jobs returned for inspection must include a $75.00 deposit for a disassemble and inspection fee, which may be refunded if parts/labor supplied by BC Gerolamy is determined to be defective (see warranty policy above). |
